Thoughtful Transitions

A structured six-month coaching process that gives you space to think, understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify what matters now, and move from ambiguity towards clarity and forward movement.

Six months · nine sessions · £2,700

This is for those transition moments when you know something has changed, something that used to work no longer quite fits, and you aren’t quite sure what’s shifted and where to start to work out what’s next.

Perhaps:

  • You feel stuck, even though you are usually capable of finding a way forward.
  • You know something has shifted, but cannot yet make sense of what it means.
  • You want what happens next to be meaningful, thought through, to make sense and to be motivating.
  • You are willing to look beneath the surface exploring patterns, fears, values and assumptions.

In these moments, having a thoughtful thinking partner can make the difference between sitting in ambiguity and navigating through your transition moment more deliberately.

Who is this for?

The people who tend to come to me are thoughtful and capable professionals who have achieved a great deal already — and want the next chapter to be just as considered. They are often successful on paper, used to being capable and trusted, but aware that something no longer feels quite right. They are willing to reflect honestly, examine what may be happening beneath the surface, and take responsibility for the choices that follow.

Who is this not for?

  • Early career professionals
  • Those seeking job search tactics, CV support or interview coaching
  • Individuals unwilling to examine internal patterns or assumptions
  • Those looking for quick fixes without deeper reflection
  • Anyone wanting to outsource decision-making

How can coaching help?

Because this experience is so internal, it can be difficult to articulate or explore alone.

This is not quick-fix territory. It is an opportunity to pay attention, do some deeper work, and come through the transition with a clearer sense not only of what to do, but why.

A coaching partnership creates the space, challenge and reflection this deeper work often needs.

Across years of client feedback, people describe the early phase of moving from:

From

  • panic
  • stuckness
  • confusion
  • overwhelm
  • inner conflict
  • lack of confidence
  • unclear direction

To later phases of

  • finding clarity
  • courage
  • perspective
  • values alignment
  • self-awareness
  • better decision-making
  • practical action
  • renewed energy

Natasha helped me to identify the patterns that were draining my energy and slowing me down. With her guidance I was able to get to the real cause what was bothering me instead of looking on the surface. Natasha has a lot of empathy but a lot of firmness at the same time. She had led me to some uncomfortable questions that I should answer but was avoiding them. Working with Natasha helped me to get clarity in my head about my priorities and obstacles.

This coaching programme progresses through four phases.

01
Phase 1 · Sessions 1–2

Make sense of the transition

We begin by making sense of where you are in your head and what is happening. In the early sessions, we slow things down, unpack confused thoughts, organise the mess, and begin to understand what’s happening at a deeper level.

How someone might feel in this phase

“I came in overwhelmed, stuck or confused. I start to feel clearer, calmer, and less alone with it.”

02
Phase 2 · Sessions 3–5

Look beneath the surface

We continue the deeper work, exploring the values, patterns, assumptions, fears and motivations shaping your current situation. This is often where underlying tensions become clearer, and where you begin to understand why this transition feels important, difficult or uncomfortable. We also look at what may be keeping you where you are.

How someone might feel in this phase

“I understand myself differently. I can see what has been driving the stuckness. The issue is no longer just ‘what do I need to change?’ but ‘how do I do this in a way that is in line with who I am and what’s important to me?’”

03
Phase 3 · Sessions 5–7

Recalibrate direction

From there, we clarify what matters now and what needs to change. We begin to recalibrate. You will start to define what matters now, what kind of change in your life or in your career feels aligned, and what possibilities are worth exploring. This does not have to mean a dramatic change. In fact, one of the strongest results from clients is that change often comes through a series of smaller, better-aligned choices. We will build a clearer internal compass for your decisions ahead.

How someone might feel in this phase

“I can see my options more clearly. I know what matters. I have a better way of making decisions.”

Natasha is impeccable at reading between the lines and your thoughts. Helping to uncover perhaps the parts I was avoiding or not ready or willing to face. She’s brilliantly intuitive which enabled me to have conversations about the relevant and important topics. Despite whether I realised they were important or not. By the end of each session I realised I was talking about the stuff that really mattered. My problem is uncovering paths and options and what really matters to me - Natasha is very good at helping a person to draw out and consider all the options and helped me to make some small but crucial decisions and steps forward.

Phase 4 · Sessions 8–9

Create movement

Finally, we turn that clarity into grounded choices and concrete steps for practical movement. You will identify the decisions, conversations, experiments or practical steps that will help you move forward with more conviction. You leave not only with a clearer direction, but with tools and self-understanding you can continue to use beyond the coaching.

How someone might feel in this phase

“I am not just clearer. I am moving. I trust myself more. I know what to do next, and I have tools I can keep using.”

By the end of the programme, you can expect to have:

  • A clearer understanding of the transition you are in.
  • Less mental noise and a more organised sense of what is really going on.
  • A stronger internal compass for decisions.
  • Greater confidence and self-trust in how you move forward.
  • Practical next steps, experiments or conversations to create movement.
  • Tools and self-understanding you can keep using beyond the coaching.

This coaching program enabled me to shed light on clear insights about myself, from figuring out my inner drive (values, strengths, definition of success, interests, and motivation) to defining the next steps in my professional and personal life, to live a life that fully aligns with my self. This program also helped demystify thoughts and beliefs that have held me back from moving forward toward the life I want for myself in the short and long run. I’m highly appreciative of Natasha who guided me throughout this process wherever it would lead us while drawing attention to insights and patterns about myself.

How does it work?

This programme is built and designed based on my many years of experience working with people in transition. It includes selected tools and exercises as relevant to you and your situation, and a session and action summary after each session.

It usually runs across six months, and can be shorter or longer depending on what is happening in your life.

All 9 sessions are virtual for one hour, and sessions usually happen every 2–4 weeks, depending on your preference.

The programme investment can be in EUR/USD equivalent. Full payment is required before the first session, with payment plans available on request.

If you are not ready for the full programme, you can start with the Clarity Creator. If we go on to work together, the full value of that session will be deducted from the Thoughtful Transitions package.

I first encountered Natasha over three years ago when I was at a large FTSE corporate and came into the relationship with reservations having had previous bad experiences of coaching. Natasha invested time to get to know my personal thinking style, and how best to get me seeing problems to unlock issues I was facing. Since leaving my former organisation I have continued to see her for coaching and development support as I branch out of corporate life and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.
