Coaching for the space between what has shifted and what comes next.
For individuals and organisations navigating transition — those in-between moments where something has ended or changed, and what comes next is not yet clear.
Individual coaching: a focused 90-minute session for £300, or a six-month programme for £2,700.

Around us, the pace of change keeps picking up. The question is no longer simply how we keep up. It is how we navigate the impact of change, make sense of the ambiguity it creates, and use transitional spaces to shape what happens next in our lives and work.
This is the space I work in, through one-to-one coaching, focused clarity sessions, facilitated workshops and organisational transition support.
Who I work with
For Individuals
Internal transitions where something no longer feels quite right. Something has shifted or ended — a career, a role, a relationship, an identity — and there is a sense that you need to pay attention to what is going on, but you do not yet know what to do or where to start.
For Individuals“Natasha helped me to identify the patterns that were draining my energy and slowing me down. With her guidance I was able to get to the real cause what was bothering me instead of looking on the surface. Working with Natasha helped me to get clarity in my head about my priorities and obstacles.”
For Organisations
When change has been announced, but people still need space to process, adapt and perform. Coaching and facilitated transition workshops for individuals, teams and groups navigating change at work.
For Organisations“One of the most valuable aspects of working with Natasha was how she tailored her guidance to my unique situation, providing practical tools and strategies that actually worked. Beyond that, she has been instrumental in improving my leadership style. She helped identify blind spots and lead with authenticity. I’ve seen a noticeable shift in how I show up for my team and how I manage difficult situations.”

I’m Natasha Chatur, an ICF-accredited coach working in the space of transition. Before coaching, I spent 15 years in corporate marketing and advertising roles across video games, financial services and fintech. My work now sits across one-to-one coaching with individuals and for organisations, alongside facilitated transition workshops.
